因為 我睡不著 ... 除了小布剛剛討奶外,影響的主因是他的體重

害我很擔心 上網路爬文才知道 原來6m以後 成長體重趨於緩慢
(我本來知道會緩 但不知會緩那麼嚴重)
很怕是我副食品給太慢或太少呢!

1.出生兩週內要回到出生體重

2.第一個月"每週"要增加5~10盎司=142~283公克

3.第二、三個月"每週"要增加5~8盎司=142~227公克
  (每30天約531~972公克)

4.第三到第六個月"每週"要增加2.5~4.5盎司=71~128公克
  (每30天約304~549公克)

5.第六到第十二個月"每週"要增加1~3盎司=28~85公克
  (每30天約120~364公克)

After gaining back her initial weight loss after birth,
your baby continues to gain weight. (Most babies lose
between 5 and 9 percent of their birth weight and then
regain it by the time they're about 2 weeks old.)
A rough guideline: In the first month, your baby should
gain 5 to 10 ounces a week; in months 2 and 3, she should
gain 5 to 8 ounces a week; in months 3 to 6, she should
gain between 2.5 and 4.5 ounces a week; and from 6 to 12
months, she should put on 1 to 3 ounces a week.
